Digital goods and services sold on Vivotis™ are intangible items delivered instantly or made accessible immediately upon purchase.
In accordance with European consumer law and French regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been delivered, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase, users acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
1. No right of cancellation for immediate digital services
Because our digital products (trainings, downloadable supports, online modules) are delivered in an immaterial form and made available immediately after the order, you expressly consent to commencement of the service and waive your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and corresponding EU regulations.
2. Eligible refund cases
Refund requests may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
-
A proven technical defect on our part making the product or service unusable despite our support.
-
A duplicate order error on our site (same product purchased twice by the same user).
-
Other exceptional cases assessed at our discretion, in light of the specific situation.
In these cases, please contact us as soon as the issue is identified through https://vivotis.com/privacy-request/, stating your order number, date of purchase and reason for the request.
3. Refund procedure
After review of the request, if accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 14 working days. The refund amount will correspond to the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs (if any physical component were to be involved).
If your access to a course or a module has already been granted and used, we may refuse the refund if the value of the service rendered has been fully consumed.
4. Physical products
If in future we offer physical items (books, support materials) under a separate transaction, then for those items sold and received by the buyer, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal would apply under the Consumer Code. The specific terms for any physical goods will be detailed on the product description page, and the right of withdrawal will be handled accordingly.
At present, all items listed on Vivotis™ are digital goods; therefore the standard physical goods return provisions do not apply.
5. Subscription services / recurring payments
Some services offered by Vivotis™ are accessible through an annual subscription. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase, granting users access to the service for the entire subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is simple and immediate through your user account settings. Cancelling your subscription will prevent any future renewal.
In accordance with European consumer law regarding digital services provided immediately upon subscription purchase, no partial or pro-rated refund can be issued for the remaining months of a subscription period already paid for and commenced.
If you do not wish to continue beyond the current billing period, we recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
6. Modifications to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. You will always find the updated version on this page. We recommend that you review it before each purchase.
